В ходе курса будут отработаны практические аспекты пальпации различных структур брюшной полости и даны основы висцеральных техник.

Программа курса:

  1.  Висцеральная терапия

    Висцеральную терапию называют еще висцеральной хиропрактикой (от слова Хиро — рука), а висцеральная — внутренняя.

    Этот вид терапии способствует улучшению состояния внутренних органов человека, убирая напряжения мышц и фасций, что приводит к снятию болезненного состояния и выздоровлению пациента. Работа с внутренними органами активно воздействует на вегетативную и центральную нервную систему. Работа с животом позволяет пациенту решить собственную проблему состояния внутренних органов и избежать или приостановить процесс развития дегенерации позвоночника.
    В ходе терапевтической сессии, висцеральный терапевт проводит дозированное воздействие руками (надавливание) под необходимым углом на больной орган по определенным принципам метода. В результате этого происходит нормализация и восстановление функций внутренних органов, что отражается на здоровье пациента, его работоспособности, продолжительности жизни и психоэмоциональном состоянии.

              3. Мужское и женское здоровье

Диагностика и коррекция проблем мочеполовой и репродуктивной системы.

В последнее время патология мужской и женской мочеполовой сферы является предметом пристального изучения в медицине. Малоподвижный образ жизни, а также распространение видов спорта и физических нагрузок, оказывающих воздействие на малый таз, являются, среди прочих, факторами риска развития патологии, нарушающей функционирование малого таза и его органов.

Строение мужского и женского таза, взаимосвязь таза со всем организмом в целом, эффективные техники работы с нарушениями работы мочеполовой системы (через брюшную полость). Именно комплексному подходу и будет посвящён данный семинар.

Каким образом мануальная терапия и остеопатия может помочь при решении проблем этой сферы здоровья?

Примеры:
1. По статистике бесплодие или отсутствие зачатия в течение 1,5 лет половой жизни без предохранения наблюдается у 15% супружеских пар.
Заболеваемость населения патологиями мочеполовой системы неуклонно растет и все чаще проявляется раньше 40 лет.

Мужское и женское бесплодие может иметь разные причины.
Если говорить о мужском:
— Частой причиной является варикоцеле. Оперативное лечение этого заболевания неэффективно или имеет краткосрочный эффект, так как основной причиной его является спазм тазовой и брюшной диафрагмы.
-Хронический простатит, как вторая важная причина связан с нарушением микроциркуляции таза, изменениями в пояснично-крестцовом отделе позвоночника в большей степени чем с инфекционными процессами.

Причины бесплодия с женской стороны:
Бесплодие может возникать по многим причинам: гормональный дисбаланс, синдром поликистозных яичников, нарушение овуляции, ранняя менопауза, эндометриоз, фибромы матки, повреждение фаллопиевой трубки и т. д. Точно определить причину, провести все необходимые анализы должен лечащий врач. Он же должен исключить любые острые состояния.
Однако часто бывает, что причина не очевидна и найти ее никак не удается. В таком случае на помощь приходит мануальный терапевт, который поможет справиться с такими причинами женских заболеваний:
— Это и излишнее напряжение внутренних мышц и связок в области таза, которое передается матке, вызывая ее тонус. И образование спаек в матке, маточных трубах и яичниках, лишающих их возможности нормально функционировать (в том числе так называемое «трубное бесплодие», вызванное функциональными причинами).

2. Альгоменорея (болезненная менструация)
Нередко причиной альгоменореи становятся проблемы с сосудами, особенно у молодых девушек, Застой кровообращения в венах малого таза. Травмы, например травма копчиково-крестцовой области. Она приводит к опущению внутренних органов, из-за чего кишечник опускается и давит на органы малого таза.
В этом случае необъяснимый прогноз — «после родов пройдет» — становится понятнее: головка малыша при прохождении по родовому каналу слегка смещает крестец, раздвигает кости таза, что в некоторых случаях меняет циркуляцию крови в матке.

В таком случае со всеми вышеперечисленными и многими другими, соматическими причинами поможет справиться остеопатия и мануальная терапия.

10. Работа с большими ягодичными и грушевидной мышцами
11. Техника работы с запирательным отверстием и запирательным нервом
12. Техники работы с половым нервом
13. Массаж передней доли простаты через брюшную полость
14. Манипуляции на матке через брюшную полость
