На семинаре мы рассматриваем причины возникновения живота и способы борьбы с ним. Живот мы делим на внутренний и наружный. Наружный живот – это жировые отложения. И для борьбы с ними мы применяем специальные приемы, направленные на проработку подкожно-жировой клетчатки, разбивания плотного жира и вывода лишней жидкости. Что касается работы с внутренним животом, то тут мы устраняем причины его возникновения. Замечено, что уже после устранения указанных причин, живот уменьшается в объеме. И это еще не было массажа. Семинар состоит из 90% практики. Все объяснения на доступном языке. Постановка рук каждому. Отработка каждого приема под контролем. Можно снимать и фотографировать.
