— Нейро-ишемическая компрессия мышечного триггера;
— Техника глубоко трения;

✅День 1 — 2. ПИРМ
Метод ПИРМ основан на физиологическом напряжении и расслаблении мышц и используется чаще всего перед мобилизацией сустава.
Сущность методики заключается в сочетании кратковременной (5-10 секунд) изометрической работы минимальной интенсивности и пассивного растяжения мышцы в последующие также 5-10 секунд. Повторение таких сочетаний проводится 3-6 раз. В результате в мышце возникает стойкая гипотония и исчезает исходная болезненность.

Основные предпосылки постизометрической релаксации скелетной мускулатуры следующие:
— активное усилие пациента — изометрическая работа — должно быть минимальной интенсивности и достаточно кратковременным;
— усилие средней, тем более большой интенсивности, вызывает в мускулатуре изменения совершенно другого рода, в результате чего релаксация мышц не наступает;
— значительные временные интервалы вызывают утомление мышцы, чересчур кратковременное усилие не способно вызвать в мышце пространственные перестройки сократительного субстрата, что в лечебном отношении неэффективно. Считается, что методика постизометрической релаксации является сравнительно «молодой» технической разновидностью мануальной терапии.

ПИРМ — воздействие на организм:
способствует устранению фасциально-мышечной ригидности;
устраняет периферический очаг боли – триггерный пункт;
способствует активизации высокопороговых механорецепторов III типа, расположенных в местах вплетения связок и сухожилий в суставную капсулу;
активирует афферентную иннервацию, нормализует нервно-мышечные связи.

✅День 3. Фасциальные манипуляции
Фасция( с лат. повязка,полоса) — соединительнотканная оболочка , покрывающая органы, сосуды, нервы и образующая футляры для мышц.

При изменении в фасциях, Связанных с возрастом, травмой, неправильным распределением нагрузок или малоподвижным образом жизни происходит негативное влияние на работу всех систем организма.
Фасциальная терапия- это целостная система , применяемая к спазмированным мягким тканям в мышцах, к фасциям, связкам.
Фасциальная терапия фокусируется на глубоких фасциях мышц, включая эпимизиум( соединительно тканная оболочка, окружающая мышцу) и соединительную ткань. Данный метод рассматривает мышечно-фасциальную систему, как непрерывное образование.

✅ День 4.
1. Функциональные техники.
2. Методы работы с триггерными точками (5 техник)

Миофасциальный болевой синдром (МБС) — хроническое, патологическое состояние, обусловленное формированием локальных мышечных спазмов или уплотнений, представленных болевыми точками (триггерами). Боли могут провоцироваться нажатием на эти точки, или движением мышц вовлеченных в патологический процесс.

Мышцы составляют около 45% нашего организма. Поэтому нет ничего удивительного в том, что
Триггерные точки могут возникать буквально всюду: в мышцах, фасциях или сухожилиях и вызывать сильнейший боли.

Основными признаками наличие миофасциального синдрома являются: острые интенсивные боли, возникающие спонтанно или при надавливании на триггерную точку, отраженные боли, парестезии, локальная напряженность мышц и ограничение объема движений вследствие болезненности, вегетативная дисфункция (нарушение потоотделения, изменение цвета кожи).

При пальпации триггерная точка ощущается как уплотнение или тяж. Надавливание на нее провоцирует резкую локальную боль с вздрагиванием (симптом прыжка) и боль в удаленном от давления, но строго определенном месте (иррадиирующая, или отраженная, боль). Каждая такая точка имеет свои зоны отраженной боли. При надавливании на триггер воспроизводится болевой синдром, характерный для данного пациента. Отраженная боль обычно бывает тупой, ноющей, глубокой и может сопровождаться парестезией. Боль и ограничение движения часто сопровождаются вынужденным положением в пояснице, руке или шее.
Выделяют активные и латентные триггерные точки. Наличие активных точек подразумевает боль при пальпации и спонтанную боль, возникающую при нагрузке на мышцу. Если же активных точек нет, то пациент ощущает только боль при пальпации. Под влиянием кратковременного отдыха, тепла, при адекватной терапии активная триггерная точка может переходить в латентное состояние. Латентные точки могут активироваться под влиянием провоцирующих факторов (переохлаждение, позотоническое перенапряжение, физическая нагрузка, эмоциональный стресс, тревога и т.д.).

Одна из самых частых ошибок, которые совершают пациенты чувствующие мышечные боли или боли в спине:
Пытаются «лечиться» упражнениями и укреплять мышечный корсет. Это происходит под влиянием бытующего мнения о «закачивании» мышечного корсета. Это ошибочная точка зрения.
Она не учитывает того, что больная мышца требует лечения, а не нагрузки. Ведь мало кому приходит в голову в момент растяжения сухожилия или перелома кости лечиться упражнениями.

Для эффективной работы с этой проблемой используются методики мануальной терапии.
